Winter Solstice Labyrinth Walk

Winter Solstice Labyrinth Walk
Sunday, December 20th, 3:30PM
@ the Anahata Labyrinth, located near Eagle, WI

Shadow / Light and Balance

The Anahata Labyrinth was created to hold and resonate these attributes: Love, Balance, Wisdom, Peace, Harmony, Joy, Healing, and Compassion.  As you walk the labyrinth holding one or several or all of these attributes in your intentions, it may lead to a deeper and more expanded experiential encounter.

Winter Solstice marks the time of the shortest day of light (or longest night).

A time to recognize Shadow and celebrate the return of Light, all we have learned from the harvest and to recall what we really want and need. A time to renew, re-think, re-remember the Light Within us and those things that we wish and intend for in our lives. The Light helps highlight what is working, what is not, what can be left behind, and what can be mended and how. It is an excellent time to do shadow work for balance and bring new things into our lives.

Walking the Labyrinth has the potential to shed some light on how you are processing and balancing all the oscillating unique energy that has been flowing in, around and through us.  Some of it is ours, some of it’s not, some is nice, some is not. Walking in Sacred Space, while holding intentions for your highest good is a great way to gain some clarity and insights going forward.

Weather is changeable, the Labyrinth is outdoors, bring a grounding snack, water to drink, clothing of some type according to the weather, etc... AND all the "stuff™" you want to get rid of in the fire. Consider reflecting and writing out your own intentions to release into the sacred flames. A journal for jotting or writing your insights may be wise to bring along.

Reset, restore, rebalance, renew, be you,
